Yes, I have scars
My Strength in scars. This poem speaks to you intimately, doesn’t it? It’s about the scars you carry, the ones that remind you of broken dreams, unexpected life turns, and seemingly never-ending pain. It recalls times whether spilled without suddenly and your heart was achingly heavy. But those scars, as horrible and terrible as they are, have become part of you.
Your scars reveal stories of survival, tenacity, and victory, much as a tree’s growth scars do. Life isn’t always fair, and it rarely goes as planned. But that’s what makes it meaningful.
The poem gently reminds you to accept your scars, to keep walking and growing, and to never stop smiling.
MY STRENGTH IN SCARS
Yes, I have scars!
Some sign of my broken heart.
When my dreams got backstabbed
When the life took U-turn,
and I was lost...
When the pain became the water
and was always on my way.
Like it didn't know anyone
so always knocked my door.
When tears flow down,
unknowingly.
And my heart became heavy,
like never before.
Yes, I have scars!
They are Gruesome,
spine-chilling,
whenever I think about them.
It's part of me,
Whether I want it or not.
It's there always,
And no matter I much I try,
I can't obliterate.
And so..
I chose to embrace it.
I chose to stand for it.
My every scar,
tells a new story.
Yeah, it's Gruesome,
But still,
it's the sign of my victory.
Its the sign of my growth,
My indwelling thoughts.
When the wind was strong,
and I felt like dying,
I got a scar
A sign of my living...
A scar of a tree,
Is a sign of its growth.
It's totally your choice,
You Surrender or you Grow.
Life is always not the same...
