The Dark Side of humanity-A Flower’s Last Cry
Innocence is often described as delicate and pure, like a blooming flower in a wild forest. But what happens when those meant to protect become the reason for pain?
This poem, “Predators in Disguise,” delves into the harsh reality of hidden dangers within society, masked by familiar faces. It’s a reminder that cruelty can wear any guise, leaving us questioning the nature of humanity itself.
I wrote this piece to shed light on the silent suffering many endure, hoping it resonates with anyone who has felt betrayed by trust misplaced.
PREDATOR IN DISGUISE
Grilled on the gallows,
Mercilessly got swallowed,
She was frantic but helpless
the irony was then ruthless.
They stabbed her soul
and satiated their hunger.
She was in pain but oblivion,
about things, that were happening.
Tears were flowing down,
washing away all her dreams.
She was screaming, she was crying,
she could feel, she was dying.
A blooming flower,
was crushed by a predator,
She just opened her eyes,
and they viciously ate her.
She left this world,
with many unanswered questions.
Why God created predators,
who look like humans?
Why God created predators,
Who can live with humans?
